Responsible for documentation of fitness assessments, individual consultations, patient recommendations and special patient needs / interventions. Maintains positive interrelationships with the treatment team members, family members, referents and other business resources. Is actively involved in Milieu Management. Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Fitness or related field and 1-3 years related experience (experience in athletics, yoga and/or art therapy). Examples of Duties: 1. Will attend each practice and/or meeting, as well as competitions. 2. Will choreograph a routine for the Dance Team to compete. 3. Knowledge of a Club Sport structure and an ability to work within that structure and with the Executive Board of the Dance Team in a collaborative manner. 6.
