The director is responsible for creating and managing age appropriate programs for each sport including instruction, drills, games and inter-camp tournaments for campers ranging from 8 to 16 years old. The Walden family has over 300 campers and 150 staff members. We need a responsible adult to lead our Athletics Program and mentor our staff and campers as they learn new skills and new sports.
