Manage all athletic areas and college age staff in the following athletic area: baseball, softball, basketball, hockey, soccer, volleyball and lacrosse with an occasional flag football or ultimate Frisbee game. The director is responsible for creating and managing age appropriate programs for each sport including instruction, drills, games and inter-camp tournaments for campers ranging from 8 to 16 years old.
The Walden family has over 300 campers and 150 staff members. We need a responsible adult to lead our Athletics Program and mentor our staff and campers as they learn new skills and new sports. Teaching experience and the ability to work with children and young adults is important.
