Jump in type person to offer enthusiastic customer service anytime and help out, membership sales, meet and greet, receptionist-phone skills multi-tasking and the ability to take on 10 new things while working on 20 other things at one time, phone operator, completely proficient in Microsoft Office-word, outlook and excel computer skills, understands accounts payable , receivable, invoicing customers, attention to detail is a must, ability to work well in a busy environment. Friendly, pleasant, trustworthy, reliable people person who can remain professional in a casual ?work place very busy environment, can-do attitude a must, good grooming a must via old school company policy, must speak fluid English, good verbal & written communication skills required, experience working in a private health club, tennis, pool recreation environment preferred. Leadership skills needed and ability to enforce company rules and regulations with public. Applicant must have the availability to work any of the 7 days a week am or pm shifts available including on Saturdays and Sundays. We are flexible in our scheduling around our staffs needs. Working well together with others is a must, being a good team mate and team player is essential, problem solving skills needed. Light physical ability needed to perform all duties. Must pass safety lifting/Push Pulling physical test under 50lbs. Website/Internet use ability needed. High School Diploma and Post High school education required. Data entry and customer data updating with light sales and cash register skills.
