Job Title: SPA/YOGA FRONT DESK Company: Location: South Florida, FL Description: We are looking for a classy lady with sharp communication skills for upscale spa and yoga studio. Knows how to treat clients in a formal manner. Must be able to multi-task effortlessly. Must be able to explain treatments on spa menu, types of yoga classes clearly, price packages, etc. Customer service is a high priority. Must be willing to work some Saturdays and/or Sundays and some evening per week until approximately 8:00 pm. (spilt between the rest of the crew) Must be bilingual (English/Spanish), extremely customer service oriented, and computer literate Duties include, but are not limited to: ? Checking in/out clients ? Making appointments ? Answering the phones ? Keeping the front desk clean and organized This job is for someone who is capable of dealing with all the issues and details about making a studio run efficiently and correctly. You'll need excellent references and willing to be "checked out". Need I say you must be 100% trust worthy. We're looking for a detail oriented perfectionist who can not sit still till all is as it should be.
