Job Title: Head Swim Team Coach (Seasonal) - Company: Location: boulder, CO Description: Boulder Country Club (BCC) is seeking a seasonal Head Swim Team Coach to start in April of 2009. The successful candidate will direct all aspects of the outdoor swim team season, which runs from May to August. Responsibilities include: assisting in hiring and supervision of assistant coaches, attendance at BCC swim team meetings and Boulder Valley Summer Swim League pre and post season meetings, weekly newsletter to swim team participants and parents, coordination of purchase of coach and team uniforms, attendance at all practices and six seasonal meets (three home and three away), team and individual meet entry coordination, communication with opposing coaches regarding meet specifics, planning and execution of post-season team banquet and team awards as well as other responsibilities as needed.
